Our Cash Pay fee schedule is charged per visit, and perfect for patients who do not have insurance or have out-of-network insurance. Reasonably priced, upfront pricing allows you to full understand what you will be charged before you walk through the door. Payment is required at the time of service, and no insurance claims are filed.
Office visits focus on a specific problem or ailment. This appointment type may include up to two in-house labs or ancillary services, and addresses acute illnesses such as colds and cough, influenza, strep throat, bladder infections, or pink eye to name a few. If more than two (2) in-house labs are needed, they will be provided at +$15 per test. X-Rays are +$25 each.
Because the evaluation & management of long-term or chronic issues require more time and care coordination, the fee structure is different. Appointment types falling into this category include ADHD evaluations and follow-up, depression, anxiety, or asthma to name a few.
Having a wellness or yearly health care visit is a great opportunity to take charge of your child’s health. Routine health care visits can help find problems early or prevent health problems before they occur. If problems are found early, they may be easier to treat and less likely to pose serious risks to your health. Preventive or Wellness health care includes the following:
- Discussion of health topics relevant to your age and risk factors
- Physical exams
- Screening tests relevant to your child’s age such as eye screening, hearing, and developmental assessments
Certain vaccines may also be administered at the time of service according to the attached fee schedule.
