We are offering a rapid multiplex PCR test, which tests for 19 target respiratory infections including SARS-CoV-2. This test requires a nasopharyngeal swab. Results are reported same-day, and available for new and existing patients of the practice (all ages).

Please note that because this is a respiratory panel, which tests for COVID-19 as well as other infections, the test may result in some cost-sharing or patient responsibility. Please contact your insurance company for verification, if needed.

If you do not have insurance, Minnesota residents may apply for COVID-19 state coverage during the peacetime emergency. This program covers COVID-19 testing and the related office visit only. Interested parties should print and complete the form in advance of their testing appointment, and present to clinical staff at your time of service.

Prior to our appointment, please complete our patient registration. Incomplete registrations may result in testing delays.

At the time of your appointment, go to our building located at 111 2nd St S, Sartell MN 56377. Upon arrival, park in the parking spaces closest to the post office with the "Reserved Parking" signs and call (320)281-3339. A member of our staff will come out to your vehicle to obtain your specimen.
Negative results are posted to your patient portal; positive results reported/called same-day. Please contact your primary care provider for any questions regarding positive results.
